In 2010, Don Klingborg, DVM founded VETS, Inc. Previously, he was in private clinical practice for 20 years and spent almost 20 years of leadership, teaching and research in the University of California School of Veterinary Medicine and Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources.   As CEO of Veterinary Education and Training Services, Inc. (VETs) Don started organizing and producing continuing education meetings for his local veterinary association in the 1970’s and went on to do the same at the state, national and international levels.  Experience has taught him that the "small meeting" (attendance limited to enhance the experience) optimizes learning opportunities.  Don does selected consulting in a variety of areas associated with animal health, veterinary practice and leadership/team-building.
